Hafez Virjee is Co-Founder and President of Delos Dispute Resolution, an independent arbitration institution established to meet the demands of start-ups and SMEs globally for time and cost efficiency in the resolution of their disputes. Hafez is also a Senior Associate at global law firm Dechert LLP, and works out of Paris, which is the world’s leading forum for international commercial arbitration.

Specialised in international dispute resolution and legal risk management, Hafez has acted as counsel for a broad range of clients, from being the lead associate for an Asian State entity on a billion-dollar dispute to consulting for tech startups and treaty organisations and representing private equity firms and listed companies. Hafez has also advised across multiple geographies, laws and industries, including telecommunications, finance, energy, mining, pharmaceutical, transport, construction and military.

Hafez is qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales, he is a trained mediator and he holds degrees from Cambridge, Berkeley and Paris II-Assas.
