Aiste Lehmann is co-founder of TIDEA, an independent professional organization that designs and implements high impact interventions in Western Balkans, focusing on nexus between research, entrepreneurship and environment. Together with the team, she designs projects and evaluation frameworks to enable collaborative ecosystem for research-driven business and innovative research centres.

Currently, she focuses on consolidation of entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Prior experience as EU Project Consultant with focus on Mediterranean region enables unique expertise to match business development strategies with public funding for entrepreneurial ideas.

Aiste Lehmann operates in the most challenging environment for entrepreneurs in Europe, and being a strategic mastermind, she enjoys creating implementable structures from the chaos of ideas.
